Shipping & Delivery

ContempoTrends offers both Standard and Expediated Shipping to our customers through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

ContempoTrends strives to be on the cutting edge of customer service and excellent user experience. For our customers' convenience, we provide the option of breaking up your order and shipping to multiple locations. In addition, we allow specialized gift messages for each item in your cart, at no additional charge! To ship to multiple locations, there is a separate shipping and handling charge per destination. This is a great option for ordering gifts to family and friends across the country.

Privacy & Security
At ContempoTrends, your privacy and security is our top concern. We take every measure to ensure that the information shared with us is safeguarded at all times.

We will never share or sell your personal information (name, address, even email) with other companies, ad agencies, and especially not to spammers. The ONLY time we will ever disclose your information is when you have given us permission to do so, to identify or contact you, or to protect your rights or ContempoTrends' rights as required by law.

Only a select few employees at ContempoTrends who will deal directly with your orders will have access to your account information.

ContempoTrends utilizes 128-bit strong SSL encryption through Rapid SSL to encrypt and secure all account and transaction processing on our site. All credit card transactions processed through our site are guaranteed secure so you know your transactions are 100% safeguarded.

Returns & Replacements
We want all our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied with their purchase. Upon receiving your merchandise, our customers have 15 days to make a return. All tags and labels must be on the item. We want your return experience to be as easy as possible. To ensure a smooth return please use the following guidelines:
  1. 1. Please email returns@contempotrends.com within 15 days of receiving your items, so we can begin to process your return. This will enter the return into our system and expedite the processing of your refund.
  2. 2. Upon confirmation from our returns department, please mail the item to

    We do not cover the cost of shipping for the returned item.

  3. 3. After receiving your item, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. After inspecting the merchandise, we will credit you according to your payment method.
Shopping and Ordering

We want shopping at ContempoTrends to be fast, painless, and enjoyable. We provide several tools to help our customers find the items they want quickly and make the best, most informed buying decisions possible. At any time while shopping, customers can return to the home page of the site by clicking the ContempoTrends logo on the top of every page. We provide convenient menus to shop by general or specific categories. We also offer basic and advanced search. The simple search window is on the top of every page, while clicking the “Advanced Search” link at the bottom of the page takes you to our advanced search.

While shopping, customers, at any time, can add items to their compare list. After items have been added to this list, they can be compared with one another. ContempoTrends also provides Wishlists for our customers. Wishlists act like shopping carts, except you do not have to buy the items. Wishlists are a great way to key tabs on your favorite items. ContempoTrends also makes it super easy to share your list with family and friends, letting them know what you like – great for holidays, birthdays, or “just because” times!

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

ContempoTrends strives to give our customers the ultimate buying experience. From the catalog pages to the detail product views, it is easy to add items to your cart.

  1. Once you find an item that you would like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button and the item is added to your cart. While you shop, the contents of your cart are visible on the right side of the page in your mini-cart.
  2. To continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” button located on the left side in your shopping cart. At any time you can select a new page to visit from the menu bar or click the ContempoTrends logo at the top of the page
  3. You may view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the link next to the “Shopping Cart” icon located in the top right corner of any page.
  4. When you are finished shopping, we provide several payment methods for our customer’s convenience.
  5. Is the Shopping Cart Not Saving Your Items? If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart, or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We offer our customers three payment options for their buying convenience. We offer standard credit card transactions through our 128-bit secure payment gateway on our site. Some of our customers prefer using Google Checkout or PayPal. ContempoTrends is proud to offer these payment options for our customers as well. To make a normal credit card transaction through our site, click the “Checkout” button from the min-cart or the “Proceed to Checkout” button from the shopping cart page. Before purchasing, customers can get an estimate on the shipping and handling charges of their order from the shopping cart page. Simple enter your state and zip code information and all the shipping options available will be listed with their price.

Once the checkout button is clicked, customers are taken to our exclusive single page checkout. Here customers checkout either as guest or registered users. As a registered user, customers can take advantage saved billing and shipping information as well as shipping to multiple locations.

To checkout through Google Checkout, simply click the Google Checkout button on the shopping cart. You will be redirected away from ContempoTrends temporarily to the Google Checkout process. You must be a registered user of Google Checkout to take advantage of this payment option. After completing your order, you will be redirected back to the main page for ContempoTrends.

Viewing Orders

Once an order is placed, customers are updated via email on the new orders and shipments. Registered customers, at any time can log into their account and view their personal Dashboard. The Dashboard tracks all the customer’s orders and it’s status. Customers can view their order information, invoices, shipments, and refunds, if applied to that order. The associated tracking number is also available through the Dashboard.

Updating Account Information

The customer has excellent access to their accounts at ContempoTrends. Logging into their account, takes customers directly to their Dashboard. While in the Dashboard, customers can view their recent orders, view and update their account information including their default billing address, shipping address, and password. Customers also have access to their personal address book to save the address of those who you buy items for often. In addition, customers have access to their product reviews, tags, and Wishlists!
